We provide professional social media management and coordination services tailored for high-quality professionals and organizations within Hip Hop culture and art activism — such as but not limited to recording artists, visual artists, muralists, graffiti writers, producers, DJs, turntablists, event producers, creative entrepreneurs, record labels, and brands. Our approach centers on understanding your unique voice, protecting your brand, and building authentic community engagement across all relevant social media platforms.
Every client receives access to our secure client portal for real-time analytics, reporting, invoices, contracts, and direct communication with your dedicated team.

- Up to 3 platforms (additional platforms available at $200/platform per month)
- Up to 4 posts per week per platform (client provides content), published at a set designated time across all platforms

All A-La-Carte content is created from scratch to accompany a single post — including concept, design and visual creation, and captioning. Content is delivered ready-to-post, with posting available on request. Visuals are designed and assembled from client-provided or licensed assets. Short-form video pieces are standalone social posts — not filmed productions or music videos — and do not require existing footage.
Carousel posts include up to 5 custom image slides designed as one cohesive set for a single post; additional image slides are $35 each. Video slides are not included at the carousel rate — video is priced separately as Short-Form Video. Carousel slides are created as a unified set for the commissioned post, not as standalone individual assets.

We advocate for human-made work. Our image and video deliverables are created by people, from client-provided or licensed assets. If a client has a necessity for AI-generated deliverables, we can accommodate.

Two hourly rates apply depending on the type of work: expert consulting and strategy, or execution and posting.

Payment Terms
- Onboarding Payment: First month is due in full upon signing before any work begins. This covers onboarding, voice profiling, content calendar setup, and initial strategy development.
- Turnaround: Turnaround depends on materials provided and package size — we’ll confirm your specific timeline during onboarding.
- Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included on every deliverable. Additional rounds are billed at the execution hourly rate.
- Monthly Billing: Subsequent months are billed on the 1st of each month and are due upon receipt.
- Late Payment Policy: If payment is not received within 5 business days of the invoice date, all services will be paused until the balance is resolved.
- Add-On Services: Add-on services are billed separately as incurred and are due upon receipt.
- Cancellation: All packages are month-to-month with no long-term contract. To cancel, written notice must be provided by the last day of the current month to avoid being billed for the following month. If notice is not provided, a new billing period begins, and if the client then terminates within the first week of that period, the client is responsible for either the hourly rate for all services rendered to that point or one week's fee (monthly rate divided by four), whichever is greater.
- Enterprise Clients: For Enterprise clients, first and last month payment is required upon signing.
- Payment Method: All payments are processed via invoice through the secure client portal.
